About Havasu Moto
Havasu Moto hosts 4 day all-inclusive dirt bike tours in Arizona, leading guests through an unforgettable week on two wheels. Each week brings a new group of guests, and our team provides the ultimate experience with bikes, guides, food, mechanics, and more. If you love riding with new faces, love good weather, and want a season built around both, this is the gig.
What you'll do day-to-day:
- Host guests. Whether on or off the trail, you are the face of the trip, and your guests' new best friend. With surfing on the lake, drinks by the pool, or just relaxing, you keep guests entertained for the week.
- Plan and guide daily rides, taking groups of 3-5 riders on 40-60+ miles of remote singletrack.
- Provide basic coaching. Desert terrain is new to most riders, basic coaching through new terrain and obstacles is the key to their success.
- Downtown Dinner in Havasu. Each night the entire team takes guests out for dinner in downtown Havasu.
- Airport shuttle. Each group is shuttled to and from the airport, with driving duty rotating between guides each week.
How we work:
- We're focused 100% on the guest experience. We want every guest to have the best experience possible, on and off the trail.
- We run the latest bikes, and keep them in top shape. When you're riding 300 hours a season, fresh tires, suspension and topends make all the difference.
You should apply if you have:
- Excellent guest relations. You are the face of the trip and what creates an unforgettable experience, whether it's on or off the trail.
- The passion and patience for teaching others. Seeing guests succeed in new terrain and on new obstacles is what drives you.
- A minimum of B level riding ability / speed and can comfortably spend 6+ hours a day on a bike.
- Basic mechanical knowledge of bikes (enough for basic trail-side fixes).
- Wilderness First Responder (WFR) Certification
- If you do not have an active cert, we are happy to organize the required training.
You might not be the right fit if you:
- Just want to ride your own ride without being slowed down by others
- Prefer minimal guest interactions
- Don't want to deal with riders of other skill levels as they tackle new challenges
Requirements:
- Must have a valid drivers license
- Must be 21+ years old
- Must be able to legally work in the US
